Any printer issues outside of Area 3 are to be handled by Marco. Please open a ticket with Marco by calling or emailing their Managed Print Services Client Care Team for general device service and supply questions at: • [email protected] • 1-800-888-2081 When emailing regarding a device please include: • Serial Number • Make & Model • Location • Contact Person Name & Number • Description of service or supply requested Please don't close the original Freshservice ticket until Marco resolves the issue on their end. Notify Scott Griffith of any support issues with Marco.
