The majority of printing withing Agtrax uses Device #'s that are sets of instructions tied to the IP addresses of printers.  ( there are a few exceptions.  "Pass thru" printers that have device #s but just look at the default printer of the user's computer)

There is a mix of laserjet printers and dot matrix oki data printers.  several of these okidata printers have HP jet direct printer servers connected to them so they can have network capability.

You can log into Agtrax and at any menu where you can type a command type in  que.  This takes you to the Print Que controller screen where you can look at the que of a printer for jobs and to see if the status of the printer is up or down.

Tips for a job not printing

A lot of times if a user is saying they are printing to a device # and its not printing just go to the que.   type in that device # and see if the status shows it down.  if it does just hit F6 and you will get options to bring up the que bring it down clear out jobs ect.

Restart the printer and jet direct printserver (if it has one)

If a job they are printing contains no data nothing will print but Agtrax will not give an error ( a way to verify this is to bring the que down for that Device # and have them try printing again.  if a job doesn't show up in the que it probably contains no data.
