Service Desk

All,

I realize there are quite a few tickets out there that do not a quick fix.  Please take the time today to update your tickets that you have assigned to you with any updates as well as updating the due date with a realistic timeline.  If you need help completing this please let me know.  I would like to get a handle on the "overdue" tickets.
